What did I learn from this first week?

• My voice is not nearly as strong as I recall ;-)
• Writing takes about 10% of the total time for me
• This is a much bigger project than I first thought it would be

Please let me know what you think. I'll admit that I started with a very simple song, my voice is pretty weak right now, and that I did not spend any time on correct mixing or re-recording of poorly played parts, but I didn't want to get in over my head in the first week and get discouraged.
