On June 27th, I caught the bus down to Canberra. For all of you that don't know, that's the capital. A friend (and amazing musician) from high school, Ryan Weed, is doing his PhD there in Anti-Matter Physics. While there, I got to watch a Rugby Union match, something that I had never seen live.

One day, Chris and I took the ferry from Circular Quay to Manly Park and got lunch at the Bavarian brewery. It was amazing how similar Manly is to surfing/tourist towns you would see all along the US Pacific coast. I wouldn't normally eat meat, but since I was traveling, I decided to try a lot of things that I would not typically. At the brewery, they had a Schnitzel "challenge."
