Raw: Week 3

Monday, February 1st, 2010
As of the end of last week, I had lost ~10lbs. At the end of this week, I was hovering around 14lbs lost in 3 weeks. If I was not getting enough calories, I assume that I would feel tired, but to be honest, I haven't felt tired hardly at all. On the contrary, I feel slightly more awake throughout the morning and later evening than I think I did previously. Also this week, I began running every morning. It's not a long distance, but that has probably affected my weight loss as well.

Raw: Week 2

Last week, we got a raw dinner at Chaco Canyon . The food was pretty good, but honestly, nothing to really write home about. This week, we went to an all raw restaurant called Thrive and had our minds blown . Raw: Week 1

A while back, my fiance and I decided to try going a month eating only raw food. Honestly, I can't say that there was one reason or another for this. We just thought it would be interesting and hoped we would learn a bit about nutrition, the value of certain foods being raw versus cooked, etc.
