Raw: Week 3

As of the end of last week, I had lost ~10lbs. At the end of this week, I was hovering around 14lbs lost in 3 weeks. If I was not getting enough calories, I assume that I would feel tired, but to be honest, I haven't felt tired hardly at all. On the contrary, I feel slightly more awake throughout the morning and later evening than I think I did previously. Also this week, I began running every morning. It's not a long distance, but that has probably affected my weight loss as well.
