Go Outside – Song #7 in 52 Song Project

Notable things this week:
- I really didn’t think I was going to make it this week. I had a great guitar part for a rock song, but couldn’t seem to build anything around it.
- Only after I had resigned myself to not being able to accomplish my goal did I hit some inspiration with this song.
- This song went from inspiration to fully recorded in just over an hour, and while there are plenty of things to work out with it, I feel like it could really be a good tune when smoothed out.
- While recording the guitar and bass, I didn’t realize that I had a mic hot on the same channels, so you might hear a bit of background hiss from that.
