		<description>My experience with Logitech is the most horrible one I have ever had. bought a wireless headset, came in not working, I returned and requested a replacement or refund, it has been more than three months from then and I havent received any replacement yet. Ok I am at work now, cant write much. You really must be careful if you purchase anything directly from Logitech.</description>

First, they do not provide their service representatives with the relevant information to assist their customers.
